Designation: Marketing Manager

Function: Marketing

Location: Gurgaon

Experiences: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, with clear performance tracking and reporting.
• Develop persona-led acquisition, nurturing and targeting strategies for key accounts.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, content initiatives and product launches aligned with commercial objectives.
• Localise campaigns and content to create compelling customer narratives and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with commercial teams on marketing strategy, collateral and regional initiatives.
• Build local partnerships and external relationships to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
• Plan and execute customer, industry and press events with central Marketing and Content teams.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong marketing experience with a track record of delivering campaigns and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent planning, organisation, project management and presentation-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to quickly understand products, customers and business priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, goal setting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and hands-on, with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience executing online and offline multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of data protection and marketing compliance requirements.
