Designation: Business Development Associate, South Asia

Function: B2B Sales

Location: Gurgaon


Roles & Responsibilities:

PRE-SALES SUPPORT

  • Qualify new leads within Salesforce
  • Support the sales team in scheduling new appointments
  • Prepare personalized follow-up information to nurture existing leads
  • Ensure Salesforce is regularly updated with accurate lead and contact information for prospect accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify new sectors, companies, and key contacts
  • Meet activity KPIs related to lead qualification, calls, meeting bookings, and new contacts added to Salesforce
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign follow-ups, localized initiatives, and events
  • Research potential sponsors and build targeted lists for the sales team
  • Follow up on engaged leads from events, content downloads, and email interactions


Requirements:

• Language proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
• Good articulation and command over language and the design and trend information
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive approach to previous study or work experience with a “can do” attitude

Education: Bachelor’s in design / master’s in design – From NIFT / any premier design institute
