Client Service Associate for a leading trend forecasting company based out of UK for their subscription sales and client retention business.

The role is with The Knowledge Company LLP (Technopak), who is the exclusive channel partner for WGSN in South Asia

Job Description: Client Service Associate, South Asia

Function: Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • User activation / deactivation / user change emails in liaison with international teams
  • Generation and sharing of targeted product links to all WGSN clients on a weekly basis as per relevance
  • Generating teaser reports every week / fortnightly from non-subscribing product categories to create upsell opportunities
  • Generating website usage reports for clients through the company CRM
  • Generating quarterly usage reports for all clients to optimize the usage of customer
  • Creating a schedule of webinars and report presentation for account
  • Scheduling of website trainings and assigning them to the respective AM as per availability
  • Product training to all new customers
  • Following up on incoming leads and cold calling to existing customers in South Asia for generating upsell and high value driving consulting opportunities.
  • Creating and updating the client database for all existing and ex-customers


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to handle monthly retention targets and understanding of forecast processes and customer management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high level of proficiency working across teams to architect solutions to problems even when the offerings to address those problems do not currently exist (bespoke solutions)
  • Able to communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with customers to adopt a different point of view
  • Ability to assimilate customer challenges/needs into commercial opportunities for client

 

Experience: 

  • Degree Holder in Design and from a Fashion and Design institute would be preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates from Retail/fashion communication background – those who are working as category managers/buyers /merchandisers in domestic market with a sales experience may apply
  • Experience within a business insight, marketing intelligence or professional services organization achieving consistent revenue generation
  • Languages: English (proficient in written and verbal)
  • Open to
